Product Overview:
Adopting the working principle of friction-driving by rolling at differential speed, this series of products will make peeling-off of peanut-kernels when they are baked with moisture less than 5% left (to prevent from getting burned), followed by screening with a sift. The exhaust system will suck away the skin, leaving fully separated the complete, half and broken pieces of peanut-kernels. It has the advantages of stable and reliable performance, long service life, good effect of peeling-off, high productivity, low rate of half-kernels as well as top quality.
Structure and Features of
HGS-400:
It adopts the roll-rub principle of double rubber roller by rolling at differential speed for purpose of flexible peeling. The exhaust system will suck the peeled off red skins into skin-storage to prevent from environment pollution.
Usage:
Applicable for milk-white peanut kernels, cold beverage, peanut butter, pastry, flavoring for chaffy dish, ham sausage, stuffing for rice dumpling, etc.ut above 3tons.
Scope of usage:
Applicable for medium and large-sized manufacturers and domestic workshop, with shift output 1.2-3tons.
