本系列产品是采用差速滚动摩擦传动的工作原理，花生米经烘烤后水分小于5%（避免烤糊）时进行脱皮，再经过筛子筛选，抽风系统将皮吸走，使整粒花生仁，半粒，碎角一一分开，具有性能稳定可靠，使用寿命长，去皮效果好，生产率高，半粒率低，质量好等优点。

Product Overview:
Adopting the working principle of friction-driving by rolling at differential speed, this series of products will make peeling-off of peanut-kernels when they are baked with moisture less than 5% left (to prevent from getting burned), followed by screening with a sift. The exhaust system will suck away the skin, leaving fully separated the complete, half and broken pieces of peanut-kernels. It has the advantages of stable and reliable performance, long service life, good effect of peeling-off, high productivity, low rate of half-kernels as well as top quality.

It adopts the roll-rub principle of double rubber roller by rolling at differential speed for purpose of flexible peeling. The exhaust system will suck the peeled off red skins into skin-storage to prevent from environment pollution.
