产品简介       本系列产品是针对豆类制品而开发设计的豆类湿法脱皮机，接触物料部分，全部采用1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢材料（客户另有要求可定制），脱皮橡胶圈采用优质橡胶硫化而成，磨耗为0.1-0.4mm/10公里，使用寿命是普通胶圈的3倍以上。脱皮前冷水浸泡数小时，脱皮后蛋白质不变性，淀粉不流失，可直接进入粉碎机及胶体磨进行精细加工其。主要技术指标为: 脱皮率: 98%+2，破碎率: 小于3%，半粒率: 60%。 DTJ-120 基本结构及特点       采用自流式出料方式，有效减少整机震动，无损耗，豆，皮自动分离，适合家庭作坊使用。

Product Overview: 
      This product range of peeling machine are developed and designed for manufacturing by wet process the bean products. Stainless steel of 1Cr18Ni9Ti is adopted for all the parts in contact with materials (custom tailoring is available based on customer’s requirements). The peeling rubber-ring is made of quality rubber through vulcanization, with abrasive wearing of 0.1-0.4mm/10km and service life more than three times longer than that of an ordinary rubber-ring. Soak in cold water for hours before peeled off while protein shall remain un-metamorphosed after peeled off with no loss of starch. They can enter directly the crusher and colloid mill for finish processing.

Structure and Features of
DTJ-120:
        Self-flowing discharging is adopted, which will significantly alleviate vibration of the whole unit, with auto separation of skin and beans, resulting in no loss. It is fit for domestic workshop.

Usage:
      It is used for manufacturing plant protein products and processing vermicelli.
Scope of usage:
      Applicable for small and large-sized manufacturers, with shift output 1-1.6tons.
