本系列产品是针对国产苦杏仁及美国大杏仁制品而开发设计的豆类湿法脱皮机，全部采用1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢材料（客户另有要求可定制），脱皮橡胶圈采用优质橡胶硫化而成，磨耗为0.1-0.4mm/10公里，使用寿命是普通胶圈的3倍以上。可根据用户要求增加半粒率，无破碎，无损耗。主要技术指标为: 脱皮率: 98%+2，破碎率: 小于3%，半粒率: 20%-80%（可调）。

Product Overview:
This product range of peeling machine are developed and designed for manufacturing by wet process the bean products of local apricot bitter almond and American big almond products. Stainless steel of 1Cr18Ni9Ti is adopted for the whole unit (custom tailoring is available based on customer’s requirements). The peeling rubber-ring is made of quality rubber through vulcanization, with abrasive wearing of 0.1-0.4mm/10km and service life more than three times longer than that of an ordinary rubber-ring. Half-kernel rate can be increased as required by customer without any breakage or loss.
Structure and Features of
XTJ-150:
Self-flowing discharging is adopted, which will significantly alleviate vibration of the whole unit, with auto separation of skin and kernel, resulting in no loss. It is fit for domestic workshop.
