      本系列产品是针对油炸花生米,酱花生及花生卤制品而开发设计的花生米湿法脱皮机,接触物料部分,全部采用1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢材料(客户另有要求可定制),脱皮橡胶圈采用优质橡胶硫化而成,磨耗为0.1-0.4mm/10公里,使用寿命是普通胶圈的3倍以上。脱皮前分别经冷热水浸泡,实施脱皮,脱皮后整粒不破碎,蛋白质不变性,避免了花生米油炸过程中褐变的现象。使花生食品在油炸过程中保持醇香,圆润的独特风味。其主要技术参数为脱皮率: 98%±2 ,破碎率: 小于3% ,整仁率: 85%±5。

使用范围: 
      经改制后可一机多用:适用于蚕豆脱皮及兰花豆切口,杏仁脱皮,白芸豆脱皮,黄豆脱皮,豌豆脱皮。

Product Overview: 
       This product range of peeling machine for wet peanut kernels are developed and designed for manufacturing products of fried peanut kernels, pickled peanut kernels and pickled products. Stainless steel of 1Cr18Ni9Ti is adopted for all parts in contact with materials (custom tailoring is available based on customer’s requirements). The peeling rubber-ring is made of quality rubber through vulcanization, with abrasive wearing of 0.1-0.4mm/10km and service life more than three times longer than that of an ordinary rubber-ring. Soaking in cold and hot water respectively before peeling off. Peanut kernels will remain complete without falling into pieces while their protein will stay un-metamorphosed. This avoids the brown stains of peanut kernels during frying, and maintain the unique aromatic and mellow smell of peanut food during frying, with its main technical parameters as follows: peeling rate: 98%±2, fragmentation rate: less than 3%, and complete-kernel rate: 85%±5.

Structure and Features of HTJ-22:
      Vibration discharging is adopted with auto separation of peanut skin and kernel, resulting in no loss, which is fit for production of fried peanuts for domestic distribution.

Usage:
      Applicable for large-scale manufacturers with shift output above 2 tons. It is used for processing fried peanut-kernels, fried broad-beans (taking the shape of orchid), broad-bean paste, peanut-kernels with pepper and salt, peanut- kernels pickled in salt water, peanut-kernels with garlic sprout, pea-vermicelli, beverage of plant protein, blanched apricot kernel food, blanched bean products in wet process, leisure food with various pickling flavors, and local flavors.

Scope of usage:
      Multi-purpose is possible through conversion, applicable for broad-beans peeling off and slitting, blanching for apricot kernels, white kidney beans, soybeans, and peas as well.
